Why I work this way

I enjoy consultancy because every project presents different challenges, perspectives and opportunities to learn. Working across sectors, organisations and countries keeps my work interesting and continually develops my thinking.

I value building collaborative relationships with clients and producing work that is practical, evidence-informed and genuinely useful. Whether supporting research, programme design, facilitation or organisational development, my aim is to help organisations think through complex problems and move their work forward.
