Overview
The Global Fund commissioned Itad to conduct an independent evaluation to assess the effectiveness and adequacy of community engagement across its grant cycle and identify the factors that enable or constrain meaningful participation. The evaluation used an outcome-focused, theory-based and realist-inspired approach, drawing on evidence across multiple countries to identify learning and recommendations for strengthening community engagement in future grant cycles.

producing written analysis and contributing to evaluation deliverables, team discussions and client workshops.
