Overview

Cambridge Partnership for Education commissioned a series of workshops for staff involved in technical design, bid development and related functions. The training aimed to strengthen understanding and practical application of project design principles, including project logic, terminology and alignment with Terms of Reference, while creating space for teams to reflect collectively on existing proposal development practices.

My Role

I designed and delivered five interactive workshops for 37 participants across bid and technical teams. My responsibilities included:

  • designing the workshop content, practical exercises and supporting materials;

  • delivering training on project logic, project design and alignment with Terms of Reference;

  • facilitating practical exercises using real proposal examples and cross-team discussion;

  • supporting participants to identify opportunities to strengthen project and proposal development practices;

  • gathering and analysing participant feedback; and

  • producing a final learning report identifying wider organisational priorities relating to project design, governance, collaboration, processes and tools.

Testimonials

“Really valuable to bring teams together. We can now work less in silos on proposals and will use project logic as a standard part of our proposal process."

Brooke Wyatt, Head of Assessment Reform, Cambridge Partnership for Education
