designing interactive sessions covering the purpose and principles of mentoring, core mentoring skills, ethical considerations and common challenges;
delivering three online mentor training workshops;
facilitating peer discussion and practical exploration of challenges and strategies within mentoring relationships;
developing a post-training evaluation combining quantitative and qualitative feedback;
analysing participant feedback to assess the relevance, quality and usefulness of the training; and
producing an evaluation report with findings and recommendations to inform future delivery.
